1. General
   Welcome to All Foreigns. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of allforeigns.com and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing and Currency
   Prices on allforeigns.com may be displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or Euro (EUR) depending on your location.
   All payments are processed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) only. This is required by our payment provider, Paystack.
   If your price is displayed in EUR, the final amount charged will be the NGN equivalent at the current exchange rate. Your bank or card issuer will convert the NGN charge to your local currency. All Foreigns is not responsible for exchange rates or fees applied by your bank.
3. Orders and Payment
   By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these terms.
   We accept payment via debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and USSD through Paystack.
   Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and approved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
   Paystack transaction fees may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   We ship to Nigeria and the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
   You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs clearance.
   Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
   Due to the nature of imported goods, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
   You must contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
   If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in NGN. Currency conversion losses due to bank rates are not refundable.
   Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or our error.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content on allforeigns.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of All Foreigns and protected by copyright laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
   Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. For customers in the European Union, we comply with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
   All Foreigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria for Nigerian customers and the laws of the Netherlands for EU customers.
